Live: Using Exercise in Mental Health Treatment

In this session, we will discuss how research suggests that exercise can have a significant positive impact on depression, anxiety, eating disorders, addictions, cognitive functioning, and more. Not only will be discuss how exercise can be used to treat these issues, but also how it works as a preventative measure.
